Leadership Studies

Training is indispensable in creating excellent leaders and prepares African leaders for their challenges. The Leadership Studies Project intends to create a virtual training center; a highly recognized African training institute where students obtain diplomas in Leadership Studies and become excellent trained Africa leaders. The center will not only provide curricula on leadership, but also serve as a resource center, a gateway to the rich sources of gray literature on leadership from am African perspective.

The center aims to disseminate knowledge on leadership to current and future African leaders, increase the understanding of leadership in Africa, offer easy access to African literature on leadership, and finally broaden the resource base f current and future African leaders. It is believed that this virtual center will be an important step in upgrading the quality of leadership training together with providing adequate information for effective solutions to Africa’s problems.
